I recently gave a series of talks titled “Is Water Resources Engineering Ready for the Quantum Computing Era: From QUBO-SWE1D to QAOA-SWE1D and Beyond” at several institutions in Korea:

The talks introduced our recent work on quantum computing for water resources engineering, from QUBO-based shallow-water modeling to QAOA-based approaches and future research directions.
